Nestled in a residential area just minutes from the heart of Saint-Julien.
Being located in a residential area gives this home a peaceful environment while remaining within walking distance of Saint-Julien and all its liveliness.
A car is not necessary because the house is literally located a few minutes from any convenience.
However, for those who choose to rent a car, parking is readily available free of charge just in front of the house.

The house is located on 3 floors. Its entrance leads to an airy corridor that leads in turn to the living room and dining room - a spacious room with comfortable sofas and a large dining table for 10 people.
The hallway further extends to the inviting kitchen which is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils.
On this floor there is a half bath.

The sleeping area is located on the first floor where we can find 4 bedrooms.
Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one with an en suite bathroom.
There is also another bedroom with 2 twin beds and another single bedroom with a single bed.
On the same floor there is also a very spacious family bathroom.

The outdoor area is located on the second floor and includes a hot tub and BBQ area with a large seating area.
The games room is located on the lower level and includes a full billiard table and table football.
At this level, there is also the fifth bedroom, located at the back and comprising three single beds.
This spacious room leads to a charming back patio with stools and an outdoor bar table, as well as a comfortable couch.
All bedrooms in the house are fully air-conditioned.
