Incredible landscapes from the garden of the Villa in the heart of the Chianti area, a few km from Siena. This Villa consisting of a main building and two annexes with private heated pool will make your holidays in Italy a wonderful dream.

On the ground floor four living rooms, two of which with a fireplace, with access to the large patio that surrounds the house, a dining room with exit to the patio with table and chairs to eat outside, a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom and exit to the outside, a kitchen (divided into two rooms, one for cooking and the other where there are the pantry and appliances) with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom accessible from the outside.

The first floor is accessed by a double external stone staircase. The first staircase leads to a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath. The second staircase leads to a living room with TV and fireplace, a double or twin bedroom with wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

In the two annexes near the main building, three double or twin bedrooms on the ground floor, all with en-suite bathroom, bar, kitchenette and a gym.
