Algarve Luxury Villa Holiday Rental Quinta do Lago, new, large, and very well-finished with the latest equipment and many child-friendly features. This Portugal Luxury Villa Rental is tasteful and exceptionally comfortable with cool and modern interiors. The furnishings and decoration are excellent and give a warm and comfortable feel.
Outside is a very large pool with a child safety barrier all around, superb outdoor dining terrace with built-in gas barbecue, as well as a playground area and various terraces on differing levels.
There is a Sonos music system is installed in the games room and outside terraces.

ACCOMMODATION:
Accommodation includes spacious living room with large flat screen tv and seating in different groups for 12. Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace and outdoor dining terrace. The kitchen is brand new and very modern, excellently equipped with all modern conceivable equipment including american fridge/freezer, seperate wine cooler and built in wine cooler. The dining room has a long oval table for 10 people and adjoins the living room, with which it shares a two sided fireplace.

On the ground floor are two twin rooms with sliding doors accessing the pool side, built-in wardrobes, dark wooden furniture and light matte tiled floors. They share a single large and impressive bathroom with a unique sunken bath and rain shower.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom off the hallway and an office.

Stairs to the first floor have a permanent stairgate. Bedrooms on the first floor consist of a twin room with TV and its own terrace overlooking the pool, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and bath, and dressing area. A second twin room on this level also has an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom suite has king size double bed, dressing area and terrace overlooking the pool and golf course. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, large oval bath and 2 sinks.

Downstairs is a cinema and games room with video projector and sound system, bar pool table and subbuteo. There is also gymnasium equipment downstairs including a rowing machine and cross trainer.

The pool is 14m x 5m approx, surrounded by perspex panelling to a height of about 110cm with gates for access. There is a play area with swings, slide etc. and up a few steps is a summer kitchen with gas barbecue sink and large table under a pergola style building. On the far side of the pool is a small lawn with a water feature. There are numerous seating areas and sun lounging areas in the garden with the outdoor furniture being of very good quality and extremely comfortable. There is a small putting green to the side of the villa.

At the front of the villa is a large driveway providing ample parking and a basketball net over the garage door.

The exceptional Villa Manager of the property provides a warm welcome to you and for an additional charge payable locally can provide cooking, washing, additional cleaning and babysitting duties.
