Access to the covered and heated swimming pool, from the end of April until the end of October / November, (ask us because flexible depending on the weather), parking with 7 places in the courtyard, possibility of parking in a free parking lot just in front of the gîte. Access to the garden all year
This accommodation is equipped with an alarm system / smoke and noise detector; (INUT) to avoid overflows and respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. no parties or parties.
Music is of course tolerated, small jbl and bose style speakers to be adapted via smartphone are accepted on the other hand no dj, no big speaker, hi-fi system
