In the heart of the small town of Bar sur Aube and the Champagne vineyards, 10 km from the Nigloland Amusement Park, come and share a moment with family or friends in this spacious and atypical 6/8 person cottage close to all amenities (shops, restaurants, McDonald's, cinema, swimming pool and wellness area…).

On the ground floor: large fitted kitchen with dining area, lounge set up to meet up around an aperitif or coffee, WC, 14 m2 terrace with a small relaxation lounge. On the 1st floor: parental bedroom (160x200 bed + baby bed), "children's" bedroom (4 90x200 beds including 1 bunk bed and 2 beds that can be made into a double bed, flat screen TV), a bathroom with bathtub, double sink, WC. On the 2nd floor: a play area for children, a laundry area and a 32 m2 master bedroom with exposed beam and 180x200 bed, flat screen TV. To facilitate your stay, charges (electricity + heating within the limit of normal consumption), towels and household linen, will be included in the price of the stay. The beds will be made on your arrival. Free public parking is available a few meters away.
