On a sprawling 5 acres, the villa has 2 large heated swimming pools, a lit tennis court, a well equipped gym and 6 bedrooms. The villa has a master bedroom, 5 spacious bedrooms and a smaller bedroom perfect for a nanny. A chef is included for breakfast and Lunch or Dinner. Groceries not included.

The dining area, complete with luxurious glass dining table with seating for 12, and a full size grand piano, is served by a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The living room has extensive leather sofas offering comfortable viewing of the plasma TV and home cinema system.

Private accommodations include 6 suites with king beds with en-suite master bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are in the main villa and the other 3 are down closer to the pools. All bedrooms have exterior access and are individually furnished with gorgeous fabrics and decor .
There is an additional smaller bedroom with en-suite bathroom that is perfect for a nanny.

The impressive exteriors are perfect for entertaining with 2 heated pools, an expansive sun deck with loungers and parasols, pool gazebo / bar, water slide, pool toys, island sundeck, infinity Jacuzzi and shaded seating under the air conditioned covered terrace.
