Accommodation on the ground floor comprises of a spacious entrance hall with guest cloakroom. Doors lead to the very spacious lounge/dining room with two seating areas, one with flat screen TV, dining table to seat 8, comfortable lounge area with open fireplace and patio doors leading out to partly covered terrace with furniture, pool with poolside shower and built-in barbeque. Two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors to terrace. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with central island, American style fridge, dishwasher, microwave and access to outside area. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

Sleeping accommodation on the first floors comprises of a twin bedroom made up as a double with terrace and en-suite bathroom. A master twin bedroom made up as a double with flats screen TV, terrace and en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower.

Outside the large private swimming pool measures 10 x 5 metres and is surrounded by pool terraces. There is a barbeque and dining set for alfresco dining.
