An extra bedroom for 2 children is air-conditioned with storage closet, desk, bedside table and bedside lamps.
The air-conditioned master suite, offers a large office for workers or students with a bathroom (a basin, walk-in shower and toilet) open to the bedroom and a dressing room.

A mezzanine that serves as the entrance to the house is air-conditioned with bench, pouff and host cousins.
