Ideal for 8-9 people, this 190m² luxury villa consists of:

On the ground floor:

– a fully equipped kitchen open to the veranda

– a transparent glass walkway to the pool
– an independent toilet

On the ground floor:

– 1 master suite with huge dressing room (new bedding 160x200cm) and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet

– 1 children’s room with 1 bunk bed (2 beds 90 x 200cm) and 1 extra bed (heater)
– 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, double wash basin and washing machine

The 5 x 2.50m natural stone pool is heated from May to September (about 28°).

It is secured by barriers, but it is not monitored and remains under the sole responsibility of the tenant who will have to ensure the supervision especially that of the children.
