This 170 sqm apartment offers a beautiful 20 sqm terrace, and a small garden with direct access to the beach and the ocean. It offers perfect privacy with the presence of one room per level.

It is possible to park (subject to availability) a car within the residence. Otherwise it is also possible to park on the street for free.

The fully renovated house offers a neat decoration with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with their own bathroom/WC. This holiday home is spread over 4 levels: a mezzanine, a ground floor, and 2 floors.

On the ground floor are a beautiful living area and an American kitchen, all extended by the terrace with an outdoor living area and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, hob, toaster, kettle, etc.).

The first floor consists of a large air-conditioned room with stunning views of the ocean and the beach. It also includes a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, a spacious and air-conditioned second bedroom offers the same incredible ocean view. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

On the mezzanine floor there is a third air-conditioned room that offers beautiful volumes, with a double bed and 3 single beds. It is equipped with the only television of the house, and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. It has access to the garden.

All double beds in the house are 160x200 and single beds 90x190.

The house has Wi-Fi internet access. There is also a laundry area on the mezzanine floor with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Two bicycles are at your disposal in the house to allow you to reach all the amenities of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains even faster.

This holiday home is located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, the reference seaside resort of the island of La Réunion, in a quiet and residential area.

Beyond the dream setting, you will appreciate being able to go (in 2 minutes walk by the beach) to the famous restaurant «le Sauvage» to enjoy a cocktail or eat feet in the sand. The other restaurants at the Port de Saint-Gilles are less than a 5-minute walk away.

The bakery is 2 minutes away by bike, as is the aquarium that will delight young and old alike, and the marina of Saint-Gilles-les-Bains. You will be able to discover dolphins and whales, take a big game fishing trip, or dive to discover the seabed of Reunion Island.

Less than 10 minutes walk, the beach of Roches Noires with its white sand will seduce you. The swimming area is protected by a shark net when conditions permit.

The lagoon of Ermitage les Bains is a 4-minute drive away and you can admire colorful fish with a simple mask.

Treat yourself to an enchanted parenthesis on the intense island! In the heart of the seaside resort of the west coast of Reunion, which benefits from a unique microclimate with more than 300 days of sunshine per year, you will enjoy beaches and lagoon, sunsets, water activities, while radiating easily on the island for your activities or excursions (Piton de La Fournaise, the circuses of Mafate, Salazie and Cilaos).

A seasonal rental agreement will record all this information.

Entrance time: between 3pm and 7pm.
Exit time: between 8am and 11am.
These times may vary in your favor if the villa is not rented before and/or after as well as depending on cleaning hours.

In case of late arrival (after 7pm) or early departure (before 8am), please let us know (an extra charge of € 50 will be required upon arrival).
