Located in the magnificent territory of the Umbria region, this accommodation offers a splendid panorama of the beautiful landscape of Umbria and allows you to enjoy all the natural, historical and gastronomic resources of this very beautiful countryside region.

The villa offers a comfortable setting and in particular a beautiful fireplace that will make the atmosphere warm and welcoming on the coldest days, a fantastic swimming pool where you can spend hours of fun with friends and family, a large garden equipped with a barbecue area which will make your stay particularly pleasant during summer and spring. The house, made up of 2 independent apartments, is rented as a single dwelling. Around the house, garden with beautiful swimming pool reserved for guests. The furnishings are simple and pleasant in a rustic style.
The geographical position is ideal for discovering Umbria, Lazio and southern Tuscany by car or by train thanks to the Orvieto railway station (many daily connections with the main cities) 15km away.
