This cozy villa lulled by the gentle sound of the ocean waves in Saint Gilles-les bains, a seaside town in the west of Reunion Island.
While staying at the Villa, you will take pleasure in admiring its ocean view while sipping a cocktail by its pool.
Its interior is cozy and warm, you will feel welcomed and you will find all the amenities you expect.
It has a capacity of 6 persons, it has 3 bedrooms including a master suite. Each of them is air-conditioned, ventilated and has a large dressing room.
The master suite is large and very comfortable. It has a work space with a desk and a reading corner with a bench. Its bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The second bathroom has an Italian shower and a double sink.

The vast main room with its open kitchen is largely turned towards the outside: The veranda and the view on the swimming pool and the garden offer a very pleasant and luminous living space!
The shade of the veranda and its long wooden terrace allows you to rest in the lounge area or the hammock. You can also enjoy eating around the dining table for a barbecue or plancha cooking!

You will appreciate and contemplate fabulous sunsets that will offer you a different atmosphere and shimmering colors each time...
The villa and its outdoor relaxation areas are deliberately arranged around the large pool
of 10m by 3.5m. Its garden with trees brings the expected freshness during the summer evenings.

The property has two independent villas on two levels.
The Villa Moaï Elysée is the villa located on the lower floor of the property with its garden, its swimming pool and its large veranda. To access it, you have to go down 2 stairs (level -1).
The upper level is a second occupied villa, there is no opposite or shared space except for the common gate of the property.

The villa is located in a secure and private housing estate. It will take you only 5 minutes on foot to enjoy the city center, the sea front, the port with all its nautical activities, the many restaurants, bars and shops that animate the resort of Saint Gilles les bains. It is an ideal location that allows you to enjoy both a view and access to major roads in only 7 minutes.
The west side of the seaside allows all the escapades towards the cirques and the hikes as well as the savannah located at a few minutes!

Particularity : The villa is built on a sloping ground and the main room is open to the outside by 4 large bays to offer a maximum of luminosity, the rooms are, as for them, located in the depth of the villa and without window. They are all ventilated and equipped with a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning, which ensures an optimal comfort for the night.
