This rental develops on 2 levels, includes 3 non-communicating apartments and a common room.
Ground floor: an apartment and a common room composed of a large living room (where all the guests of the 3 apartments can meet) with dining/living area and kitchen.
First floor: 2 other apartments.
The swimming pool, approx. 30m from the apartments and close to the owners' house, is reserved for apartment guests.
In front of the house, guests can enjoy a large space equipped for outdoor dining (barbecue, wood oven, table, chairs).
The geographical position of the property allows you to easily discover the main cities of the region (Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, Florence) and taste the famous Tuscan gastronomy.
Access to the property by a short stretch of unpaved road in good condition.
