VILLA DUPLEX 3 BEDROOMS air-conditioned
The Duplex Villas consist of a modern and welcoming cathedral living room opening onto an open-plan fitted kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with shower rooms on the ground floor and a suite upstairs.

Go through the gate and cross the small landscaped garden which leads you to the front door. You then discover in a bright living room with its contemporary, bright and refined Mauritian decoration. Immediately, your gaze is drawn to the bay windows that lead to the private outdoor garden with lots of trees. A large loggia with table for 6 people, sofas, armchairs and coffee table invites you to relax. You finally discover your private swimming pool whose stones sparkle in the light of the Mauritius sun as well as deckchairs to make the most of your stay.

On the ground floor, you have 2 bedrooms for 2 people with queen-size or twin beds and large closets that will allow you to store all your belongings. Each bedroom has its own closed private bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, cupboards and WC. Upstairs, the third bedroom is a very spacious master suite, with a Queen Size bed, large closets and a safe. An adjoining bathroom awaits you with its walk-in shower and large bathtub, as well as 2 sinks and plenty of storage.
