VILLA DUPLEX 3 BEDROOMS air-conditioned

With its contemporary architecture, this villa will seduce you with its combination of white walls and colorful decoration. A large sofa and 2 armchairs welcome you in the living room for games evenings or to relax in front of the large format television.
The fully equipped kitchen will offer you comfort and modernity with an American fridge with ice cube dispenser, a Nespresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, in addition to the traditional equipment (oven, hotplates, dishwasher). A washing/drying machine is also available for the maintenance of your laundry.

This villa consists of 3 bedrooms, one upstairs.

The first bedroom offers 2 twin beds, large storage cupboards, as well as a closed bathroom with walk-in shower, storage under basin and WC. Its small terrace overlooks the entrance garden.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed as well as plenty of storage. Its closed bathroom also consists of a walk-in shower, storage space under the basin and WC. This room has a large terrace directly overlooking the private garden.

Its decoration combining black stone, wooden paintings and white walls fulfills your need for escape Two sofas and a coffee table await you for moments of sharing as well as a large table for 6 people

Deckchairs and a large parasol are also at your disposal around your private swimming pool with stairs which are just waiting for you.
The wooded and landscaped garden offers a view of the golf course while preserving your privacy.
