Villa is located in a gated community with 4 villas surrounded by rice paddies. The property is about 250 m away from the main road. The best way to get around in Langkawi is by car or motorbike rental or taxi/Grab since there is no public transport on the island. Villa Eugenia has 2 free undercover car parks. The nearby rice paddies offer joggers and walkers perfect paths for their daily activities. And it is a bird watching paradise.
The property can accommodate up to 7 persons. It has a floor area of about 300 square metres (approximately 3,200 square feet) including the studio and the two undercover car parks . The master bedroom has a king size bed plus a day bed and a luxury bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Also attached is a small bedroom with a single bed and wardrobe cabinet.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with an outdoor shower bathroom, built-in wardrobe and has its own veranda.
The studio on the first floor on top of the garage includes a queen size bed, a spacious bathroom, a kitchen and veranda.

The property is not a hotel with full service. We change towels every 2-3 days, changing bedsheets and Villa cleaning once a week.
Price per night for up to 5 persons is RM 1,300 (2 1/2 bedrooms)
Price per night for 6 or 7 persons is RM 1,600 (2 1/2 bedrooms plus studio)
