Very beautiful property whose origins date back to the 10th century composed of 14 apartments (19 rooms in total) and a large villa with 12 rooms: in total, it can accommodate up to 62 people (86 people if we consider the sofa beds), making it a perfect structure for events, weddings, family reunions and team building! For even larger groups, it is possible to rent on request up to 10 other rooms which remain closed if not needed.
The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany and nearby Umbria, or relaxing in the countryside.
Guests will be able to enjoy huge outdoor spaces, a wood, a large swimming pool and a tennis court.

About 600 meters away is the small village of Castelluccio where you will find essential shops (pharmacy, bank, bar and mini market); the famous town of Arezzo is just 8 km away while nature lovers will find trails in the Casentino forests to admire the beauty of the landscape and places such as Camaldoli, Chiusi della Verna or Mount Falterona (source of the river Arno).

The property consists of various buildings, more specifically:
Main body consisting of the old manor house: it is completely independent and detached from the rest of the apartments and it is possible on request, in addition to the 12 rooms, to rent up to 10 other additional rooms (which otherwise remain closed and not rented) .
Annex A: 6 apartments
Annex B: 5 apartments
Il Mulino: 4 apartments located approximately 100 meters from the others and the swimming pool area.


Possibility of booking/organizing services such as lunches, dinners, breakfasts, tastings, etc. thanks to the presence in one section of the villa of a professional kitchen and large indoor and outdoor spaces that can be equipped for all occasions. All these additional spaces (available with specific quotes) remain closed and unused/usable if not needed.
