La Villa is characterized by an elegant style in a historic and fascinating setting, faithfully preserved over time.
A large park with tall trees and a 12.000 sqm land with orchard and olive trees complete the property and make it unique.
The villa has free WiFi and ample parking space.
Outside the villa, next to a beautiful citrus grove there is at your complete disposal a private swimming pool of 12x5 meters with a small area for alfresco meals and a relaxation area. In the same area, there is a veranda with a dining table seating 8+ people and a barbecue area with a grill, sink, and wood-burning oven.
The private pool has no lifeguard or fence. Therefore, continuous supervision of minors by parents or guardians is necessary.

Florence, Arezzo, Greve in Chianti, Siena are at 30/45 minutes drive from the villa.
The village of Marcatale is 1km far away, while Bucine is at 6' drive: here you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy, restaurants, and bars.
Interior Description

La Villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, there is an imposing entrance-living room, a grand hall with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a study, a dining room, and a veranda equipped for outdoor dining.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms (a double bedroom and a twin bedroom) both with en-suite bathrooms.
Upstairs there is a terrace furnished with sofa, chairs, and coffee table to enjoy the enchanting sunset over the valley, 1 double bedroom, and 2 twin bedrooms, all equipped with private bathrooms, a very large kitchen with a big fireplace.

All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning and private bathrooms.
