The Villa has a large garden that will enchant your sunny days. This particular position allows our guests to take walks in the countryside while having easy access to the beaches of Carbonifero and the Mortelliccio Della Sterpaia park, which are not affected by the crowds of the major historical sites.
It also offers interesting opportunities for fishing, horse riding or cycling.

The Villa is surrounded by around 2000 olive trees, many of which are centuries old, and a farm that produces organic extra virgin olive oil, which can be tasted on site.
