Beachfront Bali Villa Candidasa 13 pers

Located a 5-minute drive from the center of Candidasa, this beachhouse features a private outdoor pool. The villa has free Wi-Fi throughout and serves unlimited tea, coffee and drinking water.
Villa A has 5 bedrooms, including 3 doubles and 2 twins - which can also be converted into double rooms.
Four bedrooms are located in the pool pavilion; the two bedrooms on the second floor share a shower and bathroom and are therefore best suited to a family group with children, as you access the second bedroom [a master bedroom with sea views] from the first [a twin bedroom]. The two bedrooms are separated by a short corridor where you'll find a full bathroom and shower, as well as a large wardrobe.
Two further double bedrooms are located on the lower floor.
The fifth bedroom is located in the annex at the rear of the villa and is accessed via a spiral staircase. The courtyard-style swimming pool ensures privacy while maintaining a good connection between all the rooms.
The Villa is located in a secluded area near the traditional village of Mendira, just a few minutes from the center of Candidasa.
It is situated on a small beach at low tide, home to abundant marine life on healthy coral reefs. So it's easy to grab a mask and snorkel and immerse yourself in the underwater world.
It offers guests a total escape from the stresses of modern life. Tranquility and views over the bay are the strong points of this coastal region in East Bali.
It has a large garden, ideal for children, with steps leading down to the private sandy beach at low tide. There are also long jetties where you can walk on when the tide comes in and you want to dive and swim in deeper water.

The white sandy beach of the village of Mendira is only a 5-minute walk away via the quiet lanes. Mendira beach is quiet, shallow and the water is calm, ideal for young children.
We provide snorkeling equipment so you can explore the reef in front of the villa where we have seen turtles and many other colorful marine species. The swimming pool, set in a secluded courtyard, makes the Villa ideal for families or groups of friends.


INCLUSIONS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE
The rate includes taxes, unlimited tea, coffee and water for the duration of your stay, exclusive use of the villa's facilities and the services of a dedicated staff including a cook, a housekeeper and a general manager who can also help you organize excursions, tours, massages or anything else you need.
Although not included in the rate, we can offer you a full breakfast consisting of fresh fruit juice, wholemeal and white toast, jams and spreads, a selection of cereals and a choice of eggs and bacon, pancakes or an Asian breakfast (fried rice/fried noodles).
The staff are also happy to prepare other meals and serve drinks throughout the day at a cost close to that of groceries, plus a 20% villa fee. The villa also features a fully equipped chef's kitchen and an outdoor dining room ideal for entertaining.
For the little ones, we offer childcare and an evening babysitting service if the adults wish to go out (a small tip for babysitting after 7pm is added to the bill, but this is an optional payment).
The standard villa rate is based on 4 bedrooms and a maximum of 8 people. If you would like 5 rooms or extra beds, we have two single beds that can be placed in each of the twin rooms, making them triple rooms. We also have a small double sofa bed in the master bedroom. The villa can therefore accommodate 13 people (additional charges apply for more than 4 bedrooms and 8 people).
