You will live in cultivated apartments in a well cared-for house with a big garden and old trees, in a quiet, and central spot of Munich. All apartments are fully equipped, and with separate entrances. Guests are cared for personally during their stay in Munich. Owners speak German, English, French and Danish.

Location: In the southern district of Munich, quietly located between Gruenwalderstrasse and the river of Isar, close to "Wettersteinplatz" /stop of subway U 1; 4 stops or 6 minutes only to the city centre.

Amenities: All apartments are brightly and individually furnished, SAT-TV, stereo-radio with CD, phone on request, internet access, bed- and table linens, terry towels, and house coats for your convenience. All apartments are non smoker! Smokers can use the covered terrace, the garden, or the balcony.

Services included: Cleaning of the apartment during your stay, deck chairs, parasols included in price. Covered outdoor area.
