Aloha and welcome to Maui! Our Property is a fully renovated private vacation home located across a quiet street from miles of Maui sandy beach.
This property consists of a house with private swimming pool and pool cottage. The house and pool cottage will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Perfect for families! Our cottage is the perfect house for creating a fun and memorable vacation.
The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom a king size bed. Two additional persons may be accommodated on the twin beds in the third bedroom. The main living area is open and contains a brand new kitchen, living room, and dining room. Decks face the ocean and Haleakala.
A separate pool cottage overlooks the swimming pool and contains a bath, studio kitchen and an L-shaped area with a queen bed, bunks, and a couch. The pool house is not large and is perfect for a couple or up to 4 youngsters.

Additional information
- One week minimum.
- House and pool house for 6 people
- Additional persons either house (max. 8 including children): $25.00 per day, per extra guest.
- Cleaning fee (non-refundable): $150.00
- Security Deposit (refundable if no damage): $500.00
- Hawaii tax: 13.4%
- Christmas holiday, 2 week minimum: $500 per day for 6 people
Deposit of 40% required to hold the reservation. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Refund if the house can be re rented.

Our family of 8 just got back. The house is wonderful, fully stocked with everything you could ask for. We loved the private pool. Beautiful views off of the front lani. Close to shops and restaurants. Definetely recommend this property for a large crowd.

Our family of 9 (5 adults, 4 children 11-5) recently returned from a week .....The house was all I had hoped for and so much more. Beautifully maintained with all amenities, we wanted for nothing. Pool and beach toys were available for us to use at any time and the pool was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, exploring. We were able to comfortably 'spread out' with one family staying in the cottage off the pool and the other in the main house. We chose it because it nicely accommodated the 10 members of our family and it was located near the beach. My wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. The house is wonderful. It is beautifully maintained and outfitted for a large group. It has everything you would expect to find in your own home. The pool house was perfect for one of our daughter's family or four. It has a fridge, microwave and wet bar. The house even came equipped with a Packn' Play for our 10 month old grand daughter. The kitchen is fully equipped and you could cook all your meals there, but there are dozens of excellent restaurants near by. We had a fantastic week and I give it my highest recommendation.
