SPECTACULAR ON-THE-BEACH HOME: An oasis of beauty is how one could describe this spectacular home. This villa is exclusively tucked away off of East Cliff Drive in the desirable Pleasure Point/Live Oak area and encompasses over 3,850 sq ft. of indoor space. The villa enhanced by architecture stonewall pathway to the Beach between Moran Lake and 26th Avenue Beach.

As you enter into the gated garden is thriving with mature plant life. The foyer behind the front door, gives you your first peek into the stunning architecture that this home features including a vaulted-tile edged oak staircase.

As you pass this area to the left, you will stroll into the Great Room. Here the vaulted exposed beam ceiling, large windows with arched facades, and huge sliding & screened doors opens up to a patio with table, chairs and a fire pit next the semi-private path to the Beach. It has incredible view of the Monterey Bay all the way over to the southern peninsula cities of Monterey and Carmel, and to the right; all the way to Santa Cruz; which enhances the feeling of openness. There are several comfortable chairs and a large couch with a 42 flat screen TV.

All the main rooms are on the Ground Floor, including a large Kitchen, Dining Room area that seats up to 12. The first bedroom has 1-Queen Master with adjoing bathroom with a jetted-bathtub and a door across the hall to the Sauna. The 2nd Bathroom has a Shower and is also near the Sauna. The 2nd downstairs bedroom has 2-twin beds, with a sunken pit arched fireplace. The Laundry room with extra large washers is also on the ground floor. It also looks out onto the Hot Tub area.

A short climb up the vaulted ceiling-tile edged oak staircase and a turn to the Left takes you past the upstairs bathroom and at the end is an elegant wooden sleigh type Queen Bed with beautiful matching wood dresser and armoire. There is also a small ocean view deck off the side of this bedroom.

Back across the staircase landing is the Game Room, with its Tournament ready Pool Table. This room had a firestove, a mini-bar with sink & refrigerator, 1-Queen innerspring futon and 2-Twin day beds. These double as couches to relax until it's your turn to play pool. Also enjoy the Game on the 55 flat screen TV on the wall. There is also a nice deck with Table & padded chairs to enjoy the sea breezes from adjacent to the Game Room.
