A new family home, carefully designed and functional. The large heated and covered swimming pool (6m x 3.5m) will delight the children all year round while the warm atmosphere will seduce the most demanding.
Kayaking and outdoor sports (paintball, quad, ropes course...) are available on request. Thanks to the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, the town of Francorchamps is known throughout the world. Every year, it hosts the Formula 1 Grand Prix on the last weekend of August. It is the perfect destination for motor sport enthusiasts. For the others, Francorchamps is only a few kilometres from Coo and its waterfall and 15 minutes from Malmedy, one of the most beautiful towns in the Belgian Ardennes.
This house is mainly intended for family groups.
However, non-family groups can be accepted subject to the owner's agreement and a possible increase of the deposit.
The organisation of student parties, stag and hen parties, etc. is not permitted.

Thanks to the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack the little place of Francorchamps became world famous. It is heaven for every motor sports enthusiast. Each year in August the Formula One stops over in Francorchamps, attracting tens of thousands of spectators. The natural environment of the Belgian Ardennes around the racetrack is simply astonishing, with Malmedy, Stavelot and the nature park of the High Fens as major hot spots.

Super pour réunir notre famille.Un pur bonheur pour nos 4 petites filles L énorme divan dans le salon et la grandeur du living.Toutes les chambres bien équipées avec sanitaires.La piscine bien chauffée (nous y étions en novembre ), le sauna..... Un peu plus d éclairage pour le plan de travail , à la cuisine, serait appreciable
