La Montañeta estate has 3 independat houses that share a big garden of 2000m². The rehabilitation emerged from a century-old building used along its life for multiples purposes. The rehabilitation was undertaken keeping the integrity of the original structure of the house in 3 big structural units, retaining the traditional Canarian architectural elements, such as the big doors and windows allowing the day light to enter and making this place very cozy, the hipped roof in pine wood structure. From each of these units has emerged one of the rural houses: Rural house La Montañeta I, rural house La Montañeta II and rural house La Montañeta III each of 40m², and accessible through a porch.

The house La Montañeta is located in the South East of Gran Canaria, in the very center of the village of Santa Lucía. This municipality is characterized by very different areas: coast (Sardina del Sur, Vecindario and Pozo Izquierdo) and peaks (Caldera Tirajana). Its main economic activity is the trade and agriculture (greenhouse with flowers and tomatoes) and nowadays also tourism.

La Montañeta I and La Montañeta II offer: *1 bedroom with 2 single beds, located in a cozy and large wooden loft. La Montañeta III offers: *1 bedroom with 2 single beds. In this house, all the rooms are located on the same floor. In addition: * Living room – dining room with satellite TV and possibility of sofa-bed. * Kitchen entirely equipped with vitroceramic hobs (2), fridge, freezer, microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, juicer and blender. * Bathroom with shower. * Heat pump heating * Air conditioning * Common areas: garden, and swimming pool of 8x4m² and washing area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

50km from the house, is the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the most populated city of the archipelago of the Canaries, in which you can find all the amenities of an important capital, from big commercial centers, theaters, cinemas, museums, and beautiful beaches such as the one of Las Canteras. At almost the same distance, are the beaches of the South of the island, in which you can enjoy a average temperature of 21° all year round. Very close also, only 20km away, the locality of Vecindario, main commercial and leisure area of the South-east of the island, with a very wide commercial and leisure offer, in which is located the beach of Pozo Izquierdo, venue for the Windsurfing World Championship. It is possible therefore, to do any type of outdoor activity, in summer but also in winter, and take advantage of the relaxing and comfortable house, the beauty and the charms of the environment and customs of the area, to practice any type of sport since there is an incredible variety of sport activities: hiking, biking, horseback rides, windsurfing, surfing, kite surfing, fishing, diving.
