Recently built and designed by a renowned local architect, Villa Belle Vue has a magnificent location, which allows it to take full advantage of its position overlooking the island of Coin de Mire. The villa sits in a large well-stocked garden of colourful flowers and shrubs, which runs right down to the beach.
Facilities
Comfortably furnished and decorated throughout in pastel colours, complemented by an extensive use of wood, the villa is built on two levels in a contemporary Mauritian style.
The house is characterised by a number of terraced areas and a magnificent furnished deck area, which overlooks the sea and has a unique view of Coin de Mire and the stunning turquoise lagoon.
The main deck area leads through French doors to a combined dining and informal sitting area, which in turn leads to the lounge and the well-equipped kitchen.
The lounge is well furnished with comfortable sofas.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a double bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom
and French doors which open on to a charming lawned courtyard.
An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and another twin-bedded double room with an en-suite bath room with shower.
All 3 bedrooms are both air-conditioned and with ceiling fans.
Kitchen
Well equipped kitchen.
Staff
Maid in attendance 3 hours per day (except Sundays & Public Holidays) Cook also in attendance as required.
Neighbourhood
Water skiing, pedal boat, windsurfing, kayak and glass bottom boat trips are all available from the nearby boat house in Trou aux Biches. Other activities available nearby include golf, deep-sea fishing, parasailing, sun-downing cruise by catamaran, sea cruise by catamaran to Le Coin de Mire, l’Ile Plate or l’Ilot Gabriel or kite surfing training in Cap Malheureux, which is only a few kilometres away.
In Grand Baie: underwater excursion in submarine, skin-diving or shopping in smart boutiques of Sunset Boulevard. Nature lovers should not miss the visit to the SSR Botanical Garden in Pamplemousses. Others will prefer an exciting night at the Casino in Trou aux Biches. |
