This lovely 5-bedroom family beach house is situated in an arboreous private garden giving directly on to the quiet beach of Roches Noires. The black rocks on the beach create a striking contrast with the white sand and turquoise sea. A car is essential to access supermarkets, banks, restaurants (15 to 30 minutes by car) and sightseeing areas. 75 minutes’s drive from the airport.
Facilities
The villa dominates the lagoon and coloured-stone steps lead from an open air terrace directly on to the beach. A beach umbrella and garden armchairs enable guests to relax in the shade on the terrace.
Ground floor: the spacious covered veranda, with its raffia sun blinds, is tastefully furnished with comfortable rattan armchairs and scattered cushions as well as a card table. The living-room/dining room give on to this veranda which offers splendid views of the sea. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a fan and an ensuite shower-room/wc. Bedroom 2 has a single bed, a fan and an ensuite shower-room/wc. The spacious and well-equippped kitchen has a breakfast table. Linen room. Kitchen courtyard.
Upstairs: Games room with billiard table, darts, card table, bar/kitchenette (microwave and toaster). Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a fan and an ensuite shower-room/wc. Bedroom 4 and 5 have a fan and a single bed each and share a shower-room/wc. All 3 bedrooms give on to a balcony with beautiful sea views.
Kitchen & Equipment
Refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave, washing-machine, dish-washer, electric kettle, toaster. Telephone, TV, hi-fi system. Loungers. Webber BBQ. 2 Canoes. Snorkel set & flippers.
