THE VILLA

The villa is situated on the outskirts of the fishing village of Jambiani, directly on the beach. Finished building in July 2013 has 4 bedrooms: all with private bathrooms. There is also a very nice veranda on the second floor where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the colors of the Indian Ocean and a living room on the ground floor facing the swimming pool and the beach, where you can take your meals or simply enjoy reading or listening to music.
You can rent the whole villa or just the individual rooms for a period ranging from 1 day to infinity ... It also has a nice spacious swimming pool and a large private garden, directly on the white beach.
The villa has been constructed by fusing a modern taste with African styles, materials and furnishings and has been completely built by local workers.
Each of its peculiarities, its furnishings and its location will make you feel at ease even though thousands miles away from your home.

There is also a very nice veranda on the second floor where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Indian Ocean. The living room, on the ground floor, faces the swimming pool and the beach, and is the ideal place to enjoy your meals, read a book, or listen to some music. The villa also boasts a spacious swimming pool and a large private garden leading directly to the white sandy beach.
