Kasha Boutique Hotel has 11 Swahili Arabic styles villas, luxury to hitherto rustic experience, each with a private baraza outside lounge, plunge pool and a panoramic turquoise-sea view, with only sounds of the cool wind and waves lapping gently against the coral barrier reef to sooth away the creases of day-to-day life.

The chef presents a menu that captures all the flavours and smells of Zanzibar and exploits all the local products available on the Island. Booking Policy
• To confirm a booking a 50% deposit is required prior arrival at least 45 days before check in date.
• For Festive Season, 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, no provisional booking are accepted.
• Balance payment has to be made no later than 30 days before check in or booking will be automatically cancelled.
• Deposit and balance can be paid by bank transfer or credit card (5.5% commission added to credit card payments).
• Kasha Boutique Hotel accepts payment in cash (USD, Euro, GBP, TZS), Visa, MasterCard American Express, PayPal (with a surcharge of 5.5% as bank commission).
• The hotel reserved the possibility to reject a booking.
Cancellation / No Show Policy
• If no deposit is received 45 days prior arrival, or balance payment not made within time, the booking may be cancelled.
• If booking is cancelled 31 days
