Few steps to the Vatican, with the old centre on the other side of the Tiber river, between Janiculum Hill and Trastevere, the apartment has two small balconies, at 4th floor with elevator. It is in the same building of an other apartment, so we can host groups up to 11 guests.
Composed of one large double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa-bed and a dining table up to six seats, a totally equipped habitable kitchen, a small single room, one large bathroom with bathtub, a closet room, three small balconies.
Heating, air conditioning in the living room, wifi, linen, towels, courtesy kit included.
In a commercial area, and yet in a quiet location. Few steps take you to a big supermarket, shops, restaurants, and after 350 meters you are at the feet of St. Peter's basilica, surrounded by every kind of service: bus (number 64 goes through the centre from Termini Central Station and arrives in front of the building), local train and taxi.
Violet is in the same building of our other apartment Plum, so we can host larger groups, up to eleven guests.

The final cleaning service is to pay upon arrival: 40.00 euro.
The local tax is already included in the price of your stay: all visitors who stay in an accommodation facility within the territory of the Municipality of Rome have to pay the Tourist tax.
Since September 2014 the overnight tax is 3.50 euro per person per night. It is due only for the first 10 nights. Kids under 10 years of age do not pay.
You are kindly requested, after having inspected the apartment with our staff, to communicate a valid number of credit card, the safety code and the expiration date and we will block an amount of 200.00 euro until the date of the check out as a warranty for possible damage deriving from the guest.
Check-in starts at 1:00pm. Check-out is before 11:00am.
The welcome service is included in the total price present in the voucher at the time of reservation and it is applicable until 8:00pm. After 8:00pm there will be an extra charge of 50.00 euro.
For a faster check-in please bring with you a photocopy of your identity card or passaport.
Please communicate your arrival time, or provide your eventual flight number.
The cancellation of a reservation, even if substituted with another reservation, foresees the payment of the following fines:
- starting from the day of the reservation until 30 days before the beginning of the lease, you will be charged with 20% of the total price of the reservation;
- From day 30 to day 7 before the beginning of the lease you will be charged with 50% of the total price of the reservation;
- from day 7 to the beginning of the lease you will be charged with 100% of the total price of the reservation.
