Villa Eden is a luxurious Mediterranean style villa with 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms and an open living space with a large fresh water pool all facing the crystal clear water of the Caribbean.
A wooden deck at the edge of the ocean with a ladder will assist you down to the ocean which upon entry is about 4 feet deep and is a sandy bottom. The water is crystal clear right at the villa with great snorkeling. Most guests stay at the villa, because of the clarity of the water right at your door, but also the best sandy beaches of Cozumel are 1 to 3 minute away. The best diving places are one to 10 minute boat ride away from Villa Eden.
In addition to the large pool and ocean there is a third floor roof with a Jacuzzi for incredible views.
As always we provide and use only the finest appliances, furniture, fixtures, mattresses etc... available to us. We make our villas a touch above in Cozumel, and luxurious as possible. We know what you, our guests are looking for in a luxury vacation villa and we go out of our way to find it.

All prices do not include 12% Mexican tax. Last minute discount rates are sometimes available. In high season Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred. We require 50% deposit upon booking the villa and a full payment 30 days prior to vacation time. Deposit is not refundable unless we can book the villa for the same dates for the same amount. On a 3 week or longer stay discounts are available. |
