Just 650 m from the beautiful beaches of San Michele di Pagana is this elegant 17th-century villa with outbuilding. The manor house consists of two floors. On the ground floor: large living room with dining area, toilet, laundry room and kitchen. An elegant staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms (one with private bathroom), a bedroom with sofa bed (convertible into 2 single beds) and a bathroom. The sleeping rooms offer partial view of the bay and have either air conditioning or ventilator. From the first floor is accessible the rear part of the park of this holiday accommodation. The annex features English décor and has a living room with sofa bed (convertible into two single beds) and kitchenette and, on the lower floor, a bathroom and a double bedroom with access to the garden. The two floors are equipped with air conditioning. The house is surrounded by a fenced in, well-kept and for outdoor dining equipped park of 1000 m². The area, halfway between Rapallo (2,4km) and Santa Margherita (1,7 km) is ideal for visiting not only their bays, but also the towns of Portofino (7km) and Camogli (9 km). From Santa Margherita you can reach by ferry the localities Punta Chiappa and San Fruttuoso where diving fans can admire a statue of Christ on the seabed. From here also the world-famous Cinque Terre are reachable. The city of Genoa with its historical centre (UNESCO World Heritage) is 29 km away. The house is accessed via a short stone staircase. Approximately 200 m (as the crow flies), below the villa and hidden by trees, runs a railway line. Please note: in some parts the access road has narrowings of 2.80 m.
