The entrance to the main plot, where there is also parking area, is shared with the owner but the house itself is separated from the owner’s home in order to ensure privacy. The interiors with autochthonous details, offer all the needed comfort, which matches the contemporary living standards. There is a sofa bed in the living room but it is worth mentioning that it is equipped with quality orthopaedic mattress. The lovely terrace with barbeque, positioned on the front of the unit ensures pleasant moments spent at dining together, playing chess or socializing. The large green areas offer plenty of space for children’s play. At the back of the unit, in green surroundings, there is the outdoor swimming pool, which will enable cooling down on hot summer days. Above the pool, within the autochthonous space with a well, there is a terrace with unbelievable view on the landscape. It is a perfect place for sipping your morning coffee. Even though the house is situated in rural surroundings, it is only 5 minutes of drive away from the town of Vodnjan, while beaches and the town of Pula are only ca. 15 minutes of drive away.
