It is located on a spacious property, ideal for pleasant and unforgettable holiday. The whole house, with pretty designer details, exudes comfort, beauty and luxury. On the ground floor, there are two spacious living rooms, perfect for socializing or relaxation. On the upper floor, there are large and comfortable bedrooms. The ground floor is connected to the courtyard by a pretty terrace. There is a large swimming pool on the plot. By the pool, there is a covered terrace. The plot is secluded, located in idyllic rural surroundings, providing peaceful atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the untouched nature and birds singing. On the spacious plot, except for the swimming pool and terrace with a barbeque for relaxing with a glass of quality Dalmatian wine, there is also a multifunctional playground for mini football or tennis. Should you wish to play in the late evenings/nights, there is an extra charge for lighting. In the basement of the house, there is a nicely fitted-out original Dalmatian tavern with an interesting wine offer, which after prior arrangement with the owner you are welcome to try. It is also possible to arrange with the owner for the use of the 4-wheel motorcycle for off-road exploration of the whole property. Your holiday will be enriched by excursions to the neighbouring places such as Makarska, Baska Voda, Brela and other pearls on the coast and in the hinterland of middle Dalmatia. The centre of the place is only 4 km away – there you can find shops, restaurants, post office and doctor’s office.
