The property is in the vicinity of the well-preserved Trosa that has narrow streets, a beach promenade and fine restaurants. Among the many beautiful castles situated here, are the royal Tullgarns with a famous garden where you can enjoy a stroll. In Trosa there are 2 golf courses. You are required to have a boating licence if you want to rent an engine for the boat and a deposit of 2000 SEK is payable.
