The formal dining area sits upon a wall of sliding glass doors with un-obstructed views of the backyard private pool and the gorgeous views of the intra-coastal waterways, and comfortably seats 8 guests. The gourmet kitchen if fully equipped with granite counter tops and all necessary appliances with a chef island that gives you plenty of space to create some amazing South Florida cuisines.

There are 4 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom that also provides a bathroom en-suite. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, the third has a Queen bed and the 4th has a double bed. All the bedrooms are furnished with the finest linens and decor. The guest bathroom is fully equipped with a full shower.

Your home open up to an amazing veranda with plenty of lounge furniture to spread out and enjoy the tropical sun of South Florida. A BBQ grill is available so you can grill outside and entertain at your leisure. The large heated pool and perfectly manicured lawn allows you plenty of space to enjoy. So grab one of your favorite tropical that you can make in the blender that is provided and enjoy the ambiance and the views in your own private backyard.
