Large portion of semi-detached house, tastefully furnished, with private pool and large private natural plot, plunged in the green of the Regional Park Colli Euganei. Great views and panoramic terrace.

The dwelling extends over 3 floors. Ground floor: small entrance, bright and cosy living room with fireplace and kitchen area and fireplace, bathroom with shower. Kitchen/living room leading to the garden with pool. First floor: 2 double bedrooms one of which leading to a small twin-bedded room, bathroom with bathtub. Second floor: double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower).

The owners live on the back of the house with private entrance and have some little dogs. In the area there are several trails (by bike or on foot) passing through the surrounding woods. There is also an adventure park equipped with trails and tree climbing. The area is rich in wine cellars and restaurants with a large choice of typical food.

5 km Rovolon (Golf). At approx. 15 km the spas of Abano Terme (Golf) and Abano Terme (mud baths and thermal water pools). You can easily reach the main cities of art of the Veneto region such as Venice at 65 km (to be reached also by train from the train station in Montegrotto Terme), 25 km Padua, 60 km Vicenza and 85 km Verona. At 100 km Lake Garda with its amusement parks.
