- A deposit of the 60% is required to make a reservation.
- All posted rates and tariffs will be respected once the deposit is made.
- The balance payment must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival.
- A reservation made less than 60 days will require full payment at time of booking.
- If cancelled 60 days before arrival 80% of rate may be refunded.
- If cancellation is within 60 days prior arrival, payments will not be refunded.
- A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
- A refundable security deposit will be required at time of stay.
- 16% tax and 5% service fee may not be included.
