Our Guest House with its 14 well-appointed, comfortable en-suite bedrooms, are family owned and operated, and run in a bed-and-breakfast style. Affordable accommodation for every one.
We pride ourselves in the fact that our rooms offer all the comforts you would expect from quality accommodation, including FREE WiFi in all rooms. The 4 star establishment has the luxuries of a guest house combined with the warmth of a home. All rooms are well appointed with television, decoder, mini fridge, air-conditioning and furnished in luxury with timeless decor. We have a swimming pool for those lazy days and a bar area.
What make our Manor Guest House special above all are the friendly yet professional relationships between guests and the owners. The team are always ready with a warm and friendly welcome to help and assist our guests in any way possible.
At our Guesthouse we offer 14 rooms. 12 rooms are double( queen size beds) and 2 rooms are Twin rooms with 2 3/4 beds in them. All rooms have FREE WIFI , a desk, chairs, very comfortable beds, a cupboard and good quality linen on the beds.
The curtains are beautiful.
Amenities in the room include: Honesty bar and small fridge, Coffee and tea, Gown, Iron and iron board and a hairdryer with mirrors . In the en suite private bathrooms are free toiletries and towels.
The Luxury Twin room has a small patio with chairs and a garden view.
The small boardroom host 16 delegates offer a pleasant meeting place for small conferences, and we have a business centre.
The Guesthouse in Pretoria East is near the Menlyn shopping Mall, only 2 km away from the N1 highway. Other attractions nearby includes Moreleta Auditorium (5km away), Menlyn Maine (1.5km), Kloof hospital (3km) and Waterkloof Hoerskool (5km) and Garsfontein High schools (5km) as well as Constantia Park Laerskool (100m) . Great guesthouse in Menlyn area. I used it several times for business and leisure. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendliness for these people still important. Value for money in a relaxed environment. Good breakfast is served. Free parking in safe area Close to shopping centres, and easy access to N1 highway

The owners are absolutely charming, they add a special touch to the place. They are very friendly- so are there staff members. The rooms were quite clean, small but cosy and nicely prepared. They offer a mini bar with various snack options for room occupants. The guesthouse is also very artistic, nicely designed and nicely located. It's a few minutes from the Menlyn Mall. If you don't want to eat out, you can always order and delivery comes up to less than R30 and your meal arrives withing 20minutes, served warm. Breakfast was served in a quaint little restaurant with a cold buffet on offer and the option for a fresh and warm plate of English Breakfast. The place has everything you need, it's perfect for groups, couples, family or friends.. a must-go-to place for visitors of Pretoria.
