The property of 540m2 built in a 56.000m2 plot of land is located only a few minutes from our office headquarters. The great situation of this villa is due to the fact that the views from the villa are stunning, having all the coast of cala Tarida, cala Vadella and cala moli in a complete panoramic view.
The village of Sant Josep is located only 6 min away by car. Other famous beaches like Cala D’Hort, Cala Carbó, Cala bassa or cala conta are between 10-15 min away by car so it is an easy ride.
The Airport is located 20-25 minutes away and Ibiza Town is located 17km away. The closer area of restaurants and Supermarkets is Sant Josep town as well as Cala Tarida area where there are restaurants on the beach.
