This villa is ideally located in the main village, close to all shops, restaurants, bars, and activities.

The area of the house is 145m2, with an outside deck over 70m2 including an infinity pool.

The Villa consists of a ground floor, with a large lounge located in the center, a kitchen fully equipped, a cellar, a toilet, and a guest bedroom. From the lounge a staircase leads you upstairs to an an alleyway overlooking the living room.
The upstair floor consists of two large air-conditioned bedrooms (one with its own private terrace), a bathroom with a large shower and laundry, as well as a toilet.

ROOMS
Bedroom 1: Large air-conditioned room of 17m2 overlooking the lagoon as well as a private terrace. The bedroom has large closets and cupboards, a king size bed, screens on the windows, a TV and a safe.
Bedroom 2: Large air-conditioned room of 15m2; also equipped with large closets and cupboards, a king size bed and screens on the windows.
Guest bedroom: The guest room is part of the living room, delimited by large Californian blinds for comfort and privacy (Queen bed).

LIVING ROOM
The large living room, lit by rooftop skylights, is surrounded by sliding windows opening towards the outside deck; It is composed of comfortable leather sofas for 7 people and a large HD TV.

TERRACE
Magestic view to the lagoon and to the swimming pool. Wood deck, dining area with a large table set for up to 10 people, outdoor lounge. On the terrace you will also find a barbecue and loungers. The house is surrounded by a private garden, with access to a small beach and the lagoon. A kayak (2 seats) and a paddle board are at disposal for your boating excursions.
