This villa is newly built in a quiet garden on a lovely golden bay in Roches Noires.
It is next door to Villa La Casbah one of our most exclusive villas.
The accommodation is on the ground floor only.
Although completely independent with its own outside entrance,
the first floor also offers further accommodation for a larger group of friends or family should it be needed.
Facilities
The villa comprises of a terrace in full view of the ocean, with lawn sloping down to a private family beach.
The spacious living room is placed between the terrace and the patio which is the entrance to the house.
There are three bedrooms:
an air-conditioned one (also with ceiling fan) with a double bed looking out to the beach,
another with a double bed and a twin bedroom both with garden view and with ceiling fans
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a small dressing.
A large American kitchen extends from the living room.
Staff
A daily cleaning service from 8am to 1pm every day except Sundays and public holidays.
Sheets are changed twice a week. Cooking can be arranged separately.
Kitchen Equipment
A spacious american kitchen with large fridge, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and kettle.
Space for the laundry with separate drying yard.
