Recently renovated top floor apartment on a XIX century building located on downtown Barcelona with elevator. Quiet spaces because it faces the courtyard house.

The space has 6 major areas:
1) Bedroom 1 with a queen size bed.
2) Bathroom equipped with towels, scale and toilet paper.
3) Bedroom 2 with a king size bed.
4) Kitchen open to the living room with dishwasher, fridge, oven, nespresso machine, washer, dishes, ... And everything you can need to cook any kind of meal.
5) Extremely spacious living room, with bar area, sofa area with tv and your favorite vintage video games (Super Mario Smash Bros, Virtual Fighter. Fifa 02). Large dining table with space for 6 people. Comfortable armchair to read. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed or supplementary individual beds can be placed on the living room for the 5th and 6th person.
6) Large Balcony with chairs overlooking the courtyard houses for you to sit & relax.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Also, for the 5th and 6th person, there is the option to accommodate supplementary beds or convert the current sofa into a double queen size bed. Please let we know what you prefer.

Overall, we would say that three things make out of this listing a unique space:
1) The space because it has an extremely large living room and it is really quite because it faces the courtyard.
2) The location, right on downtown Barcelona, 5 minutes walk to Paseo de Gracia, 15 minutes walk to Plaza Catalunya without all the hustle of jumping around tourists that you will find for example on the Barrio Gotico.
3) The collection of vintage video-games that can be found in the apartment. Sega. Nintendo. Play Station 1. It is like traveling to the past of consoles. A true relieve for those who are gammers.
