Our 2 BR - 2 Bath home is surrounded by trees, elevated on 9' columns, has cathedral ceilings and tile floors, with a open living area and lots of windows.
There are double glass doors in the master bedroom and breakfast area opening out onto a covered porch that spans 2 sides of the home surrounded by native trees.

The observation deck on the east end allows a view of the ocean and the inter-coastal waterway over a forest of gnarly wind swept native oak, maple and magnolia trees.

The neighborhood is a quiet single-family residential area with a mixture of owner-occupants and vacation rentals.

The beautiful white sand beach is just a 2 minute walk away and is nearly private as automobiles are not allowed and parking is scarce for outsiders.
