This Deluxe Gulf Front Villa at South Seas Plantation has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. Our villa offers an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as instant access to Captiva's white sugar sand beach. You have found a perfect spot for your dream vacation!
Our home is new on the vacation rental market. It was professionally decorated with added amenities to reflect a finished, comfortable home rather than a typical rental unit. We are continuing to update the villa to insure your stay is comfortable. Three large sliding glass doors open from the living room to the lanai with a spectacular view of the beach and the Gulf.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your entertainment pleasure. Dining choices include the dining room or the screened, furnished lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, or one of the many restaurants in Captiva's classic village.
The sofa opens up for use as a queen sleeper. There is a cable TV and VCR, a book and video library for your entertainment pleasure.
Our master bedroom has a king size bed, and remote cable TV.
The guest room offers two twin beds. There are two full baths.
The lanai is a great place for a romantic dinner or to begin your day while taking in the cool gentle breezes from the Gulf of Mexico and tropical vegetation. A ceiling fan compliments the air conditioning or the breeze from the Gulf.
With the heated swimming pools and beach only steps away the activities are endless...
There is swimming, snorkeling, sailing, boating, and fishing,watching the sunsets,
shelling, sunbathing and just plain relaxing.
You can go kayaking,or there is golf or tennis.
There are cruises to enjoy,
J.N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife Refuge and the nature center nearby .
