Our condo is conveniently located away from the traffic but close to many attractions.
We are 1 hour east of Orlando, 1/2 hour south of Daytona, 1/2 hour north of Cape Canaveral but, best of all, right on the finest beach you've ever seen.
New Smyrna Beach - The World's Safest Bathing Beach. Over 13 miles of beautiful white sand beach, located on a barrier island extending from Ponce Inlet to the Canaveral National Seashore. Lifeguards are on duty from May thru September...................
Fishing Charter boats, guides, bait and tackle shops, and rental boats are readily available. Charter boats leave daily from Ponce Inlet to catch marlin, sailfish, dolphin, mackerel, and wahoo. Party boats routinely bring large catches of grouper and snapper. Excellent surf fishing is available, at the Canaveral National Seashore.

Canaveral National Seashore Only 8 miles south of our condo on Hwy. A1A. This huge 50,000+ acre National Park is the barrier island home to more than 250 kinds of birds and animals. Free to the public, this park has salt marshes, mangrove islands, lagoons, and river estuaries. Free brochures and maps are available at the Park Headquarters and Visitor Center.
Daytona International Speedway Only 18 miles to the north, is the home of the Daytona 500 and many other racing events.
Kennedy Space Center Less than an hour to the south, Kennedy Space Center offers Spaceport USA and the Astronaut Hall of Fame as well as guided tours of the center. You may drive there to catch the next space shuttle launch ... or just watch it from our condo!
St. Augustine Our nation's oldest city, St. Augustine, is located 60 miles north. The old fort and many historical sights can be seen in our nation's first settlement. |
