This Rosarito Beach luxury Beachfront condo is located right Downtown on the Main Beach, with direct beach access, and just 45 minutes from San Diego.
The condo is on the 3rd. floor of the complex, with great Ocean and Beach views from the large deck.
Just relax inside the condo or on the large outside deck with your margarita, and enjoy the great Ocean and beach views, ATV's, rental horses, jet skis, and the Beach scene just below you on the sand..!!
This delightful 2 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms condo is all custom deigned and furnished with high ceilings, ceiling fans in all rooms, full kitchen with all appliances and amenities.
The front room is very comfortable with a leather queen sleeper sofa and a plush sectional.
There is a large glass top dining room table also.
We have provided a Big Screen TV (50"), Receiver, CD, Tape player, and VCR with full Surround Sound System for our renter's viewing and listening pleasure. We also have TV's in both bedrooms for late evening viewing.
Both bathrooms have large tiled showers and a washer-dryer is provided for lengthy stays.
The Master bedroom has a King size bed, the guest room has a Queen size, and the Queen sofa bed in the front room makes a maximum of 6 for comfortable sleeping arrangements.
Our luxury condo is located behind gates with 24 HR Security in the Oceana Complex, a very modern and upscale high rise in Downtown Rosarito. You and your automobile are in very safe hands. Although we are downtown, close to the "action", we are situated in the part of the complex where it is very quiet and relaxing, and you can get a good night's sleep.!! You can walk to all the restaurants, shopping, and night clubs - No need to drive!!!! |
