Luxury five bedroom, 5 1/2 bath, 3 level, 8,000 square feet hacienda style Mexican Colonial home completed in 1999. The decor combines Mexican antiques with regional folk art.
The casa is situated in the heights of exclusive Conchas Chinas with a spectacular view overlooking Bay of Banderas. The focal point is a 35 foot infinity pool overlooking a dramatic 180 degree view of the bay, jungle, mountains and city.
A large entry stone courtyard complements the adjacent cantera columned loggia with heavy wood beamed ceilings. The large living room and dining room opens to panoramic view of bay over the pool as well as the large courtyard and smaller patio-fountain. A brick-stone path from loggia/courtyard leads to tropical garden below.
The large master bedroom suite is situated with a large Jacuzzi overlooking a fabulous vista. All bedrooms and baths open to dramatic views of the ocean and mountain range. All bedrooms are air conditioned(remote control).
Unique Mexican colonial brick ceilings adorn the dining room, kitchen, and stairway. The villa has a state of the art water purification system providing drinkable water throughout the casa.
