The Beach House is situated only 3 min. from the airport and in a private vacation resort with gardener. Ideally situated in front of the beach, in a luxurious coconut garden. The Casa Bellavista offer you a direct acces by the garden to the beach of EL PORTILLO (renownet beach protected by a coral barrier that offer crystal-clear water). Thi exceptionally location is the perfect place for a peace and disoriantation stay. Situated in a guarded private residence, easily accessible by the road that skirt the ocean, this tropical style villa benefit of a privilege situation at only 5 minutes from town. The Casa Bellavista is a 2 levels house. On the first floor you 'll find a big living room with an area equiped with TV/DVD and HI-Fi stereo, dining room and open kitchen (equiped with microwave oven, mixer, juice squeezer, toaster, expresso coffee maker), a big terrace with ocean view (including an outside living, dining area and a BBQ) as ell as a spare room with a bathroom. On the second floor you have three bedrooms with terrace (sea view) all with their own bathroom that allowed to received up to 8 peoples. The master bedroom has a King size bed with an unforgettable sea view, the second bedroom have a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twins beds and 2 bunk beds. The Villa has an illimited Internet connection, a 110 / 220V electricity and is equiped with an inversor in case of power cut (frequently happening in the regions). Because of its wood structure and its closeless with the ocean, you will appreciate is natural ventilation (the bedrooms, the living room and the terrace are equiped with fans). Included: house maid x 3 per week and a community guardian for the residence.
