Tree Top Villa is set on the highest point of Cul-de-Sac on the southwest side of the Island,overlooking St. Martin and Rendezvous Bay. It provides everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation.

A Home away from Home.The main floor of the villa is on the second level,affording panoramic views and wonderful, cooling breezes. The open kitchen/Great room leads to a sun/star deck for plein air breakfasts or intimate,star-filled dinners.

The 2 upstairs bedrooms each have a full bath and sitting room. The downstairs bedroom has a patio and full bath.

Set on 3/4 acre of tropical gardens,with hammocks for shady lazing or reading, the villa is a short walk(425 paces). to the the beach where children can dig in the sand or climb over the rocks.
